Summary
Reporting to the Marketing & Leasing Manager, the Marketing Specialist maintains digital advertisements, spearheads social media management, provides analytics for various marketing platforms and updates corporate websites as required. This position also assists with event coordination, signage and corporate orders.
The Marketing Specialist will have strong communication skills, be tactful in their approach and have the ability to work well under pressure by meeting tight deadlines and managing competing priorities.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain advertisements in accordance with Unit Inventory on a daily and weekly basis
- Maintain, in accordance with HR, staff media permissions
- Corporate ordering at the approval of the Manager, and in accordance with Purchase Order Policies
- Website updates including ad copy, visual assets, project pricing, chatbot function etc
- Assist manager in website re-design
- Create brand cohesion throughout corporate stationary, signage audits, corporate form updates etc
- Assist in Event Coordination
- Staff communications
- Signage design and inventory
- Spearhead social media management including monthly content calendar, maintaining posting schedule, working with 3rd party for content creation and submission of analytics to management
- Coordination of new construction grand opening days
- Prepare tenant gift bags and track inventory/re-ordering schedules
- Coordinate scheduling of marketing/leasing contractors as needed
- Liaise with BellMTS/Property Management to coordinate Kiosk events/training sessions for staff
- Assist in new property set up on marketing platforms such as RentSync
- Attend to in-house support requests such as ID Badges, info-graphic designs, logo decals, branded office merch, business cards etc.
- Assist leasing team with inbound lead inquiries as needed
- Reputation Management
- Search engine marketing – Google Ads
- Research industry market data
Requirements
- Post-secondary formal education or training in a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office products
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective time management skills
- Confident in execution of social media marketing
- Intermediate design skills with software such as Canva, Capcut, Instagram, InDesign, Adobe/Foxit
- Strong written/oral communication skills
